Episode 44
This week, Kaanji and Tara discuss The Sandwich Generation, a term used to describe women who are both raising young children and taking on the additional responsibilities of caring for their aging parents. They each discuss the additional responsibilities they are taking on with their mothers, and how that affects their own mental health. Kaanji reviews actionable steps we can take to prepare ourselves for the future, and they both realize how having only children makes them want to be more vigilant to lessen the burden on their sons. We also find out our hosts have wildly different opinions on actual sandwiches!
